Luminant Mining Company

• TCS has been working with Luminant (formerly TXU) Mining Company since 2005.
• TCS developed, implemented and instructed a basic rail safety program for the on-site workers.
  
• Our sister company RailTemps is providing temporary employees to cover Luminant’s increase in coal production.
• We’ve supplied DPU qualified temporary employees to TXU through our sister company, Rail Temps

Kinder Morgan

• TCS developed a "Basic Rail Safety" program for Kinder Morgan's Portland, Oregon rail operation to enhance the safety, performance and efficiency for its employees.
• TCS continues to provide the training for the program for all Kinder Morgan on an "on-going" quarterly basis.
• TCS provides a detailed evaluation and assessment of the training and the personnel who attend each class following the completion of each class to assist the client in determining how relevant the training continues to be and recommends changes to the program to maintain its continued viability and worth to both the client and its employees.

Inter-Terminal Services (ITS) Technologies & Logistics, LLC

• Worked for Kansas City Southern Railroad to provide FRA Regulation training
• Training included both classroom training and OJT
• TCS was able to meet their very specific needs in regards to materials and scheduling

Wichita Terminal Association

• Prepared and delivered an updated 49 CFR Part 240 Submission
• Performed an on-site audit of the railroad’s Part 240 compliance and training programs and presented recommendations for improvements
• Developed an initial engineer training program for their railroad
• Implemented and presented the new program to its new student engineers
