Kinder Morgan
- TCS developed a "Basic Rail Safety" program for Kinder Morgan's Portland, Oregon rail operation to enhance the safety, performance and efficiency for its employees.
- TCS continues to provide the training for the program for all Kinder Morgan on an "on-going" quarterly basis.
- TCS provides a detailed evaluation and assessment of the training and the personnel who attend each class following the completion of each class to assist the client in determining how relevant the training continues to be and recommends changes to the program to maintain its continued viability and worth to both the client and its employees.

- Prepared and delivered an updated 49 CFR Part 240 Submission
