- TCS had an on site relationship enhancing the program with Kansas City Southern Lines
- TCS rejuvenated the entire KCS training program for FRA compliance
- We redesigned their training program
- After TCS intervention, their numbers of accidents went down significantly
- TCS taught KCS’ Mexican affiliates an introduction to railroading
- TCS made videos for KCS regarding Fuel Conservation, Train Handling, Air Brakes, Operating Rules
- We also made vast recommendations to improve their locomotive engineer training and certification
- TCS put KCS in 100% compliance with all aspects of 49 CFR Part 240
- TCS Worked on site for 2 years changing the locomotive engineer training and certification programs for KCS
