To consult on all issues regarding commuter rail transitions, including planning, labor, safety, management, regulatory, and staffing. Must have a broad base of Commuter Rail Management Experience. The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Will be utilized on an as-needed basis. Compensation will consist of a daily rate plus expenses.
